Eriko brings 11 years of elite systems and sales engineering experience from Cisco Systems — a Fortune 100 global technology leader — where she served financial institutions including the Bank of Japan as a key client. Her deep technical foundation, combined with a sharp commercial instinct, forms the backbone of her leadership at We Raise Investment.
As CTO, Eriko oversees all strategic technology decisions and back-end operations for the firm. In parallel, she runs two companies of her own: an IT consulting firm and an asset management company through which she manages her personal investment portfolio.
Since May 2022, Eriko has been an active crypto asset investor — learning through daily practice and sharing that knowledge as an instructor in a crypto investment learning community, where she supports members on their investment journeys.
